- Clients are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing
- CatalogOS is not liable for losses caused by incorrect inputs, misconfiguration, or external platform changes
- Automation reduces manual effort but does not eliminate oversight.
6. Third-Party Integrations
CatalogOS may integrate with ecommerce platforms and APIs. We are not responsible for downtime, policy changes, pricing changes, or limitations imposed by third-party providers.
7. Payments & Refunds
- Pricing and billing terms are defined separately via proposals or invoices.
- All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed in writing.
