  • Clients are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing
  • CatalogOS is not liable for losses caused by incorrect inputs, misconfiguration, or external platform changes
  • Automation reduces manual effort but does not eliminate oversight.

6. Third-Party Integrations

CatalogOS may integrate with ecommerce platforms and APIs. We are not responsible for downtime, policy changes, pricing changes, or limitations imposed by third-party providers.

7. Payments & Refunds

  • Pricing and billing terms are defined separately via proposals or invoices.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed in writing.

8. Confidentiality

Any confidential information shared will be used solely for service delivery and will not be disclosed without consent, except where required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • CatalogOS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or data.
  • Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the previous three months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CatalogOS against claims arising from misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations. Outstanding payment obligations remain enforceable after termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
